Samaritan House
The Samaritan House, since it's conception in 2003, is a non-profit home dedicated to providing 24-hour recuperative care for the homeless after they have been discharged from the hospital. The Samaritan House is the Homeless' alternative to returning to the streets, the woods or their shelter under an underpass.

During the average stay of 1 to 2 weeks, the occupants receive three good meals, a comfortable bed and lots of TLC. Volunteers spend their time visiting with the occupants, cook & serve meals, clean and do laundry.
