What unique talents do you use best?

Purpose of Charisms and Talents Journey:
To initiate a process, with the help of others, to discover our God given charisms and talents, and how they are operating in our lives.
To listen to God’s guidance and to develop our unique talents so they become strengths. We use Ignatian Spirituality methods to discern.
To take steps toward recognizing and fulfilling a calling by becoming fully aware of the talents that God has given us.
To understand and appreciate the talents of others’ and to see the importance of collaboration.
Our hope is that you can eventually share the benefits of your personal encounter with other members of our parish. This workshop helps us see how to use our gifts, or charisms, and talents for growth and service.
Finding your Spiritual Charisms:
You are filled with the power of the Holy Spirit, specially gifted to play a unique and valued role in the body of Christ. Your spiritual charisms are the grace of God at work within, empowering you. Come and learn about these charisms, begin to discern your own spiritual calling, and learn of ways to use them. You have been gifted. You have been given a purpose.
Living Your Strengths Journey helps you harness the power of your innate talents— those that God gave you to live in fullness and serve others. Based on the Clifton StrengthsFinder tool, this identifies and affirms your talents so you can build them into strengths.
Our small group process will help strengthen your spiritual commitment and feelings of connection within the parish. By knowing your own individual gifts & talents, you are able to live your life with more intention and purpose.
