Contemplative Leaders in Action (CLA) is a two-year faith formation and leadership development program for young adults (20's and 30's), rooted in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. While the program nurtures individual growth, it also strives to develop a cohort of leaders who can bring the dynamics of faith and justice to lead their families, co-workers and communities. For 16 months and within a community of peers, CLA participants gain a deep understanding of Ignatian spirituality, develop contemplative practices of discernment, and learn how to be an Ignatian leader. Then, they put it in to practice by living as women and men for others. Find out more at www.contemplativeleaders.org.
