Volunteer Opportunities at our Partner School, Druid Hills Academy

How can you make a difference in the life of a child?

Do you have an hour a week to spare? We need reading tutors for second-graders and tutors in all subjects for middle-schoolers.

Do you fondly remember your days as a Girl Scout? We need volunteers — regular or occasional — to help with Druid Hills’ scouts.

Are you free for lunch twice a month? We are looking for lunch buddies for students.

Do you have an evening to spare? We could use help with events such as pantry night, curriculum night, bingo night, and the Parent Resource Fair.

Do you like to organize? Come help with our teacher supply drive or book drive!

We have these and many other volunteer opportunities, for as much or as little time that you have.

To volunteer you must be a registered CMS Volunteer. If you have not already done so, please complete the online volunteer application at https://www.cmsvolunteers.com/ and select Druid Hills Academy as your school of preference Druid Hills Academy 2801 Lucena Street, Charlotte 28206.
