Reserving space at St. Peter implies agreement to abide by the guidelines set forth in the Facility Scheduling Policy:
Ministries and groups are responsible for preparing and serving food and beverage at events.
No fire lit candles or any flame devices in Ignatius House for any reason! The use of candles with a fire wick in this building will exclude you from future use of the Ignatius House.
Children must never be left unattended. They must be supervised by a parent or an authorized adult.
Do not prop any exterior door to stay open unattended (or alter a door in any way). By doing this, you compromise the rights and safety of everyone in the building.
Upon completion of the meeting or event, the room must be returned to its original set up.
Wipe clean the surfaces of tables, chairs, and chalk/whiteboards.
Plates, cups, flatware, etc. are available in the kitchens for use by St. Peter ministries. If you use the supply, please wash what you use and return to the proper storage location/cabinet.
Remove all material at the close of each meeting or event. (Rooms are not equipped to accommodate storing meeting materials.)
Remove all food and drinks at the close of each meeting or event. This includes emptying trash in the proper receptacle (recycle bin or closed trash bin).
Turn off lights when exiting the room/building.
Security video cameras are strategically placed to monitor vandalism and to provide a safe environment for all.
By submitting a Facilities Request Form, you agree to the policy and the facility use guidelines.
If you decide to cancel your event. please notify the Parish Office at 704.332.2901.
