Groups meet for 1 hour and 15 minutes weekly for 4 weeks via Zoom. Sessions include group prayer, faith sharing and reflection, and an overview of the individual prayer exercises to be practiced in the week ahead. Space is limited due to the small group nature of this of this offering.

One of the greatest mystics of all time and founder of the Jesuits, St. Ignatius of Loyola, called the Examen prayer the most important quarter of an hour of a person’s day. The 500-year-old daily practice of honest self-assessment and reflection is a founding principle of Ignatian spirituality. When practiced regularly the Examen promises to connect our consciousness to the divine presence that is with us at all times and in all things and clarifies our response to it.
