St Peter Parish is committed to providing a safe environment for all members of our faith community, especially the young and vulnerable. Please visit the Diocese of Charlotte website for additional information for Steward volunteers, training, as well as reporting ministry-related abuse of a minor.
Training: If you still require Protecting God’s Children workshop to complete your Steward volunteer file, register for one of the area workshops.Preregistration is Required online at www.virtus.org. Protecting God’s Children for Adults: Designed to help adults recognize and prevent the sexual abuse of children. Mandatory for all employees and for all volunteers who have regular contact with children. Pre-registration for workshops is required.
